EMDR Therapy
EMDR is is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma, panic attacks, grief, depression, disturbing memories/ life events, phobias, stress, addictions, and sexual and/or physical abuse. The World Health Organization recommends that people suffering from the above issues be referred for treatments using EMDR, citing it as being 90% effective.
EMDR can be appropriate for adults and children of any age. People usually pursue EMDR as a therapeutic approach because they feel stuck, and other treatment modalities have not lessened their distress.
The goal of EMDR therapy is to process earlier unresolved emotions, beliefs, and body sensations; to leave you with a new, more realistic understanding and perspectives that will lead to less distress and healthier behaviours.
Once the processing phase of EMDR begins, you relive traumatic or triggering experiences in brief doses while the therapist directs eye movements or rhythmic tapping/ auditory signals. Over time, this technique is shown to lessen the impact that the memories have on you.

Psychedelic-assisted Therapy
Research has demonstrated that psychedelic psychotherapy is a breakthrough treatment for addiction, depression, trauma, anxiety and for the betterment of well people. Psychedelic psychotherapy integrates insights from modern consciousness research, anthropology, various depth psychologies, transpersonal psychology, Eastern spiritual practices, and other mystical traditions of the world. In the words of Dr. Stanislav Grof: “Psychedelics, used responsibly and with proper caution, would be for psychiatry what the microscope is for biology or the telescope is for astronomy.”
The strengths and sorrows we are carrying through life are opportunities for growth, but it is difficult to make use of them when they feel overwhelming. Each of us have all the necessary ingredients for healing within ourselves, but we need the right circumstances to discover our Inner Healing Wisdom. Just as the body initiates a sophisticated healing process to spontaneously move toward physical healing, the psyche also exhibits an innate healing intelligence and capacity. Psychedelic medicines work synergistically with psychotherapy to remove blocks to your progress and empower you to create deep and lasting change.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness characterized by increased focus, concentration, relaxation, and suggestibility. This trance state is experienced naturally as you are waking up, falling asleep, or even while really focused on a book or movie – you move into and out of trance on varying levels throughout every day of your life.
Connecting with this state empowers you to connect with yourself on a deep level. Your mind is made of both conscious and subconscious. The subconscious mind is below the everyday level of awareness, but this is where you store all your memories, experiences, habits, beliefs, and sub-personalities. Hypnotherapy is a tool to help you connect to your subconscious mind while in the trance state.
The hypnosis process helps your conscious mind loosen its grip and provides access to the subconscious. Once you are connected to your subconscious, you can work to produce the beneficial changes that move you towards your goals.
You do not lose consciousness while in the hypnotic/trance state. You remain completely aware of what is happening during your session and are an active participant.

Regression Therapy
Regression Therapy (or Transpersonal Regression Therapy) is a modality that uses the trance state to help you discover, connect to, and re-live experiences that cause your present complaint or issue.
Regression Therapy allows you to re-live experiences in a safe environment where you are in control. Traumatic memories can not be erased from our experience, and unaddressed pain will find a way to express itself. This can manifest in physical symptoms and emotional challenges, and often seems unrelated to the root cause.
Reliving helps to release ‘stuck’ emotions, address the parts of ourselves that need healing, and re-frame the experience.
Regression Therapy can also benefit those that have limiting beliefs about themselves and others. Negative convictions like “all my fault” or '“I am bad” also began somewhere, sometime. Finding out what the cause was and why you held onto that belief can help change your mindset and view of yourself.
Regression Therapy utilizes the issues you would like resolved as the starting point, and the goal is to help guide you towards your own healing. The end result is catharsis: mental clarity, understanding, inner calm, confidence, reduction of physical complaints, and independence.

Brainspotting
Brainspotting Therapy is a therapeutic process that uses fixed eye positions, somatic awareness and focused mindfulness.
Brain-body based therapies integrate well with other types of therapies. Often brainspotting is used in conjunction with bilateral sound - music or nature sounds which move back and forth between right and left ears, to help engage the parasympathetic, or calming, part of the nervous system.
Allowing for access of the brain and body’s natural ability to self-scan and to self-heal, and move back to a state of equilibrium.

Breathwork
Breathwork therapies use the power of deliberate breathing techniques to quiet the mind and/or access parts of sub/unconscious mind. By consciously engaging in these techniques, we reset the body's equilibrium, strengthen the diaphragm, and open to our inner wisdom, among many other benefits.
Through the practice of breathwork and focused breathing exercises, we can both soothe and strengthen not only our respiratory system, but the body as a whole.
