Awareness Through Movement Lessons are an investigation into self and one's habitual, unconscious patterns.
Students are guided through a series of gentle movements. Using awareness, self observation and sensation, they learn to move in the most easy, graceful, and functional way. Old parasitic patterns are discovered and new, more healthy and whole patterns are engaged.
Some things to expect from lessons:
New discoveries about oneself and one's self use, decreased pain, increased mobility, improvement in mood and emotional state.
This course begins on September25, 2024 and runs weekly on Wednesdays from 10:00am to 11:00am
